Version Can I use other AI models (Claude, Gemini, etc.)?

WP Godmode runs on ChatGPT Codex by default. Codex’s reasoning on real codebases, its tool use and large-context understanding are what make the “reads your theme, plugins, content and database before it touches anything” promise actually hold up.

Claude is supported as well — if you prefer to run WP Godmode on Claude instead of Codex, you can switch providers right from your account dashboard. Whichever engine you use, you bring your own account and keep direct control over usage, billing and rate limits.
