Yes for code changes: WP Godmode lets you undo changes step by step in any custom code (including plugins and themes), so a wrong move on a live site is rarely more than a click away from being reverted. WP Godmode also offers Recovery Mode, which gets auto-enabled when Godmode detects your website got broken during edits.

That said — as with any development work, manual or AI-assisted — we always recommend keeping a fresh backup before bigger changes.
