An agent is WP Godmode doing work in the background while you continue with something else.

Parallel agents

You can spawn one or several agents to work at the same time. One can investigate a bug, another can build a page and another can review a plugin while the main chat remains available.

Background work

Agents are useful for tasks that take longer than a normal chat response: audits, refactors, imports, research, testing or multi-step implementation work.

Scheduled workflows

For recurring work, use Scheduled Workflows to run audits, scans, reports or imports automatically. Scheduled workflows follow the site’s rules and permission mode.
