Chat not loading

If the WP Godmode chat does not load, the cause is usually that communication between the website, the browser, and WP Godmode is being blocked or interrupted.

Possible causes

• The website’s hosting server blocks requests to WP Godmode: The customer’s website server prevents outgoing requests to WP Godmode. The customer should open a support ticket with their hosting provider and ask them to check the block.
• A Content Security Policy blocks WP Godmode: A CSP can prevent WP Godmode from loading in the browser or from opening required connections. The webmaster needs to allow WP Godmode in the Content Security Policy.
• A WAF or client-side firewall blocks WP Godmode: A Web Application Firewall, browser security tool, or local firewall can block requests. Review the rules or temporarily disable the firewall for testing.
• The WP Godmode server is down or overloaded: If the service is temporarily unavailable, wait and test the chat again later.
