Managing Users and Access

WP Godmode can be configured per website so the right people have access to the right AI workflows.

Allowed users

Use the site settings to decide which WordPress users can see and access WP Godmode. This keeps the workspace available to the team members who actually need it.

Per-site configuration

Permissions are scoped per WordPress installation. A staging site, an internal site and a client production site can each have different users, rules, AI settings and workflows.

Licenses and team seats

Your plan determines how many websites and team members can use WP Godmode. Agency plans are designed for teams, while smaller plans may be limited to fewer users or sites.

Recommended setup

• Give full access only to trusted administrators or technical leads.
• Use Ask Before Edits for live client sites.
• Review access when a project changes hands or a team member leaves.
