Scheduled Workflows
Scheduled Workflows let WP Godmode run recurring work without you starting every task manually.

What can be scheduled
Workflows can be configured to run once, on a schedule or continuously in the background, depending on the task. They are useful for recurring operational work where the steps are predictable.
Common examples
- Recurring site audits and health checks.
- Malware or suspicious-change scans.
- Weekly reports for clients or internal teams.
- Content imports, content refreshes or structured publishing tasks.
- Broken-link checks, SEO checks or maintenance reviews.

Background agents
Long-running work can continue in the background while you use the main chat for other tasks. This is useful for audits, imports, scans or larger content operations.
Reusable workflows
When a prompt becomes a process your team uses repeatedly, turn it into a reusable workflow. This keeps recurring work consistent across projects and team members.
Control and review
Scheduled work still follows the site’s rules and permission mode. Use Ask Before Edits when a workflow may modify a live client site.
