The Code Editor and gm-projects
When WP Godmode writes custom code, it keeps it clean, isolated and easy to manage.
WP Godmode Projects (gm-projects)
- Custom code lives in dedicated, self-contained project folders called gm-projects.
- They’re easy to find, easy to switch off, and easy to delete.
- They never touch your theme or WordPress core, so nothing breaks elsewhere.
You’re not locked in
You can also tell WP Godmode to write code elsewhere when it makes sense β a child theme, a snippet plugin, an existing plugin you maintain, or a brand-new plugin it scaffolds for you. You choose the destination; it follows the conventions of that location.
